Anuj Goswami: Deep Suvoda roots and global legal expertise
As General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer, Goswami leads Suvoda’s global legal, compliance, and privacy functions. He brings more than two decades of experience advising technology and biotech companies through growth, financing, and regulatory complexity.
Goswami previously served as General Counsel at Gennao Bio and was a partner at Ballard Spahr LLP. He has been closely connected to Suvoda since its early stages, serving as outside counsel and as a founding member of the company’s Board of Directors, including during its first institutional capital raise.

As Chief Financial Officer, Greenfield oversees global finance, tax, and accounting. He brings more than 20 years of experience scaling investor-backed technology companies through periods of rapid growth and international expansion.
Most recently, Greenfield served as CFO of BlueSnap, a global payment orchestration platform, where he led financial operations through its strategic sale. His background includes leadership roles in fintech and technology-enabled businesses, as well as early career experience in investment banking and private equity.
